We surveyed the two companies’ clients and staff, researched competitors and conducted a SWOT analysis in the process of positioning the new entity in the marketplace. We explored new names for the combined company before settling on CSI/Infinite, a name that preserved the equity both companies had built over time. To give CSI/Infinite a differentiated brand presence, we created a brand identity that reflected their do-what-it-takes attitude and separated them perceptually in the marketplace. A large-format brochure, dynamic website, and huge building graphics support their new tagline “All print great and small.”
